Do you guys sell freshwater livestock?

No, we strictly sell saltwater fish, corals and invertebrates.

When will I receive my livestock order?

At checkout you will be able to select the date you would like your package to arrive.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

No, we only ship Monday through Thursday.

I purchased dry goods that qualify for free shipping, do I have to pay for shipping on my livestock order?

Yes you do have to pay for shipping on your livestock order. Livestock and dry goods ship separately as any live items have to be packaged in a specific way to ensure they arrive alive.

Do you have an “arrive alive guarantee”?

Yes we do. Please refer to our shipping page for the terms.

I paid for overnight shipping, why did my order not arrive overnight?

All livestock has to ship “overnight” as it will ensure that it arrives safely, but you do still have to select a delivery date at checkout as we want to make sure customers know when their packages are arriving as well as we do have a daily limit fo

Is there a cut off time for same day shipping?

Yes. Both for livestock and dry goods orders must be in before 2pm Eastern time if you would like them to go out the same day. For livestock keep in mind you must select the delivery date at checkout.

I ordered dry goods that qualify for TSA Xpress on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will I receive them the next day?

Orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for arrival on Tuesday.

Are your fish quarantined?

When we receive our fish they go through medicated dips and our fish are kept in copper, but they do not go through a formal qt process.

Are your inverts quarantined?

Our inverts do not go through a specific qt process. We also keep small fish in our invert system which are sensitive to treatments such as copper.
