If an eligible item ships and then drops in price within seven days of the order date, Top Shelf Aquatics provides a one-time store credit for the difference. Reef Guard extends the eligible window to 14 days.

The adjustment is store credit rather than a refund and is normally applied within 24–48 hours after approval.
